Countries which you are travelling to.

Details of any pre existing health conditions (It may invalid the cover if these are not mentioned when taking out the policy)

Please note that Pre existing conditions include Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension (high blood pressure), heart conditions, pre operative conditions etc… If you are not sure disclose it as the insurer will not pay out if you have a condition that you may try and claim for.

Also note that material facts include, relatives / close family (these are people that are not travelling with you) or that have illnesses or have any terminal diseases, that may end up in the cancellation of your travel arrangements.

Travel advice: The Home Office website contains information on countries which you may not travel to such as war zones. If you wish to travel to these countries make sure that you have checked it is OK to go there as your travel policy, will not cover you if you travel to these countries where advise have been given not to.
